Bing, Microsoft’s new search engine, has caused controversy by allowing users to see porn videos without leaving the site, once safety controls are turned off.

Microsoft is searching for an answer to a tough problem. That problem is Live.com, which many may not even know is Microsoft’s search engine. That means it’s far from the billions in online ad revenue that have turned Google into a internet powerhouse that is now being looked at by federal regulators for having too much control over the world’s information and advertising.

Where does Wolfram Alpha get its information?

Wolfram Alpha, the so-called “computational knowledge engine” that launched this week, claims to have access to a vast repository of information from trusted sources around the world: 10tn pieces of data filtered through 50,000 models and algorithms.
